Our Story

Six Red Marbles is America’s largest US-based development house for learning materials. We’re dedicated to bringing the power of natural learning to every classroom, pre-K through adult.

We were founded in 1996 as a small company with a big mission: to create groundbreaking learning software for kids K-12. Soon we were entrusted with hundreds of projects for major publishing clients like McGraw-Hill, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and Pearson.

As our success grew, so did our ambitions. We saw students falling behind and disengaged from learning. We decided to research how learners’ brains learn, partner with our clients more creatively whenever possible, and develop our own solutions. We identified our Six Core Principles.

We create interactive learning programs for schools, publishers, universities, foundations, and technology companies.  During the past twenty years, we have developed thousands of programs across every discipline and age range from early childhood to higher education and workforce training.

Our work is our passion and our reward. Fun ideas, serious learning.
