Additionally, your computer must have the following:

- How do I know if I have the latest version of Flash?

- I'm having issues accessing the Waza website.
- Any firewall or filtering software must allow HTTP access to http://www.sixredmarbles.com and http://www.wazalearning.com (and the sub-domains of each site).
- Any firewall or filtering software must allow HTTP POST requests to http://www.sixredmarbles.com and http://www.wazalearning.com (and the sub-domains of each site).
- Any parental control software installed on the computer must allow Six Red Marbles programs to run. Many do so already without any configuration changes, and some may require configuration changes.
- When I try to log in I get a message that says my keycode has expired or is invalid.
New Users:
New users will receive an email from Six Red Marbles with your keycode. This keycode is custom to you and must be activated before you log into Waza. If you are a new user, click the New User? Register now. link on the landing page of http://www.wazalearning.com. Complete the form to create your username and password and enter keycode.
If you are registering for the first time, make sure you are entering the keycode as it appears in the email you received (case sensitive) and that there are no extra spaces that appear before or after the keycode.
Returning Users:
Try logging into the program with the email address and password you entered when registering as a new user. This is the most common mistake—keycodes only need to be used once per email address registered. After you've registered the first time, you should use the email address and password you entered at registration to access the program.
If you can't remember your password, use the Forgot Password feature on http://www.wazalearning.com or send an email to: productsales@sixredmarbles.com with your name and email address and we'll be happy to reset it for you.
Your trial access may have expired. The trial begins the day you receive your keycode and is avaialble for 10 days. But, we're happy to extend access to our programs for you! Just contact Customer Service at 866-632-6623 or email productsales@sixredmarbles.com with your name and email address and we will extend your access.

- Do I need to install Waza on my computer/network to access it?
No. Waza is accessible from any web browser—at school or at home. An Internet connection and Flash are required. Please see our system requirements for more details.
- Why can’t I hear audio?
- Does your computer have sound capabilities?
- Is your computer volume up?
- Are your speakers connected, turned on and volume turned up?
- Is there a limit to the number of students that can be logged into Waza at one time?
Teachers and students can log into Waza on as many computers as necessary at one time.
The number of students accessing Waza is be based on your school/organization's subscription level.
Teachers and students can access Waza from any computer with internet access and flash—at school or at home.
- Can I log into the Teacher Dashboard from my computer at the same time my students are logged into Waza?
Yes. You can monitor student progress “live” while they are actively using Waza. You may need to reselect a student name to see their latest work.
- How can I get to the Teacher Dashboard if I've logged into Waza for my students to use?
You will need to log out of the student side of Waza. When you return to the login screen, enter your username and password and click Teacher Dashboard.
- What state or national standards is Waza aligned with?
The content in Waza is aligned with NCTM, Core and all state standards.
Teachers can review student progress against these standards in the Teacher Dashboard.
- Can I get a report of my student’s progress against standards?
Yes! Teachers can report on individual student's progress against NCTM, Core and all state standards in the Teacher Dashboard.
- Can I share student work with parents?
Yes! Teachers can share a custom student URL with parents to view their child's progress. This feature is available in the Teacher Dashboard.
- Can I sign up for free access to try Waza for myself?
Absolutely! Please complete our Sign-Up Form your 10-days of access to Waza. If you have any questions about the program, or would like to extend the time for evaluation purposes, please contact our Customer Service team at:

- Does Waza work with interactive whiteboards (IWBs)?
Yes. Waza works with all IWBs. We encourage the use of Waza with IWBs.
IWBs are a great tool for making abstract math concepts more concrete.
- Is Waza compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)?
Yes. We are especially sensitive to privacy concerns because of the young age of many of our users. We are in full compliance with federal regulations regarding online privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.
