Six Red Marbles Hires 45 to Meet Global Demand
Boston, MA—To fulfill growing international demand for its learning products and services, Six Red Marbles has expanded its team in the U.S. and abroad. Six new leadership positions will add talent in emerging areas and provide clients with contemporary content, highly visual and interactive user experiences, and superior learner engagement. Additionally, Six Red Marbles’ Delhi office has added 40 new hires in design, technology, and production to meet increasing demand for educational programs on tablets and mobile devices.

Linda Bullock, Ph.D (Austin, TX) joins Six Red Marbles as Director of Learning and Curriculum. Linda has deep and varied experience with K-12 and undergraduate education, as a teacher, reading specialist on a Navajo reservation, and as a director of curriculum, instruction, assessment, and professional development for a New England school district. Since entering publishing, Linda has developed and managed educational projects for large and small publishers across the country.
Sujatha Menon (Delhi, India) heads up Six Red Marbles’ international content development and client relationship group. Sujatha served as an international news correspondent at Zee News and Aaj Tak in India before entering publishing where she has more than 15 years of global experience in program development, licensing, and photo research.
Heather Gunsallus (Baltimore, MD) joins us as Executive Director/STEM. Heather has a rich history in math and science curriculum development in digital and print formats for education publishers, virtual schools, and universities. She has led large-scale program development initiatives for the early childhood through higher ed space, and started her career as an Algebra and Geometry teacher.
Lauren Little (Boston, MA) will serve as Senior Vice President of Business Development. Lauren comes to SRM from Triumph Learning and Education Tools where she provided school districts with customized digital solutions. Lauren also launched the digital platform icore, the 2011 Codie Award Winner for Best K-12 Instructional Solution.
Julio Varela (Boston, MA) is a Director of Reading/Language Arts. With 20 years of development and publishing experience, Julio is a fearless editorial leader of content and learning program development. In addition to his US experience, Julio brings expertise in the Central and South American markets as well as a deep understanding of technology platforms and digital intervention programs in the ELL and PK-2 space.
Jason Gorman (Boston, MA) is the new Director of Learning Design. Jason has designed interactive instructional programs for more than a decade, most recently developing distance and hybrid learning and mobile learning programs for Harvard Graduate School of Education. He has a M.Ed in Instructional Design from UMass Boston, and began his career as an English and TESOL teacher.
