Interviewer: What is your name?   

Marble: Ashley Glennon 

Interviewer: What is your position at Six Red Marbles?  

Marble: Associate Director of Human Resources 

Interviewer: What does that position entail?  

Marble: I am responsible for all aspects of the employee experience at SRM. That includes recruiting and onboarding new staff, managing employee engagement programs, benefit programs, employee relations, and acting as a partner to managers. 

Interviewer: How did you become a part of Six Red Marbles?  

Marble: My background before SRM was in corporate and agency recruiting. I was excited for the opportunity to join SRM and broaden my HR experience. I have been fortunate to learn from peers and mentors and grow my career here. 

Interviewer: What is the best part of your job?  

Marble: The people! SRM is a group of smart, caring, and fun individuals with diverse backgrounds and skill sets. I really enjoy getting to know different team members. 

Interviewer: What do you wish people knew about your work at Six Red Marbles?  

Marble: Every day is a different day. There is always a new project to tackle—it keeps things interesting! 

Interviewer: What is a trend you see happening in the education space that you’re excited about?   

Marble: AI is a trend that is really interesting to me. I think there are many ways it could aid in adding efficiency to creating learning experiences and reaching more learners.  

Interviewer: What is one interesting fact about yourself that you’d like to share?  

Marble: I enjoy volunteering in my community. I serve on the Board of Directors at the preschool my daughter attended, and I also serve as a family liaison for a program aimed at closing the gap in higher education access for underserved groups in Boston Public Schools.
