Marble: Technical Project Director  

Interviewer: What does that position entail?  

Marble: As the Technology Project Director, I spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge educational solutions for K-12 students, harnessing the power of artificial intelligence and expansive language models. It is my responsibility to deliver results that not only satisfy but also advance our clients’ educational visions with exceptional and visionary solutions. Additionally, I am committed to fostering an environment that encourages innovation and continuous professional development within my team. 

Interviewer: How did you become a part of Six Red Marbles?  

Marble: I joined Six Red Marbles after recognizing the company’s commitment to transforming the educational landscape. I feel that my passion for learning and desire to make a meaningful impact are mirrored in the vision of SRM to provide innovative solutions and create engaging learning experiences.  

Interviewer: What is the best part of your job?   

Marble: The most rewarding aspect of my job is witnessing the positive outcomes that result from the work that we have done – watching a learner engage with tailor-made content that lights a spark in them, or seeing how an educator empowered with a cutting-edge solution is able to enrich their instruction. Another aspect which is personally fulfilling for me is watching my team step out of their comfort zone, to explore new ways of creating these positive outcomes. 

Interviewer: What do you wish people knew about your work at Six Red Marbles?   

Marble: I wish there was a better understanding of the depth of research and collaboration that goes into our projects. At Six Red Marbles, we are not looking to apply any technology just because it is the new “buzzword” – we thoughtfully build technology driven tools and solutions that are truly beneficial for the learning process and for our end users.   

Interviewer: What is a trend you see happening in the education space that you’re excited about? 

Marble: The trend that excites me most is the advent of AI-driven content creation tools that streamline and personalize the way educational materials are produced. At Six Red Marbles, we are at the forefront of this innovation with our CourseStart application. This powerful AI tool simplifies the content creation process for community college professors, enabling them to efficiently craft tailored courses, course modules, assessment and even slides for various topics. It’s not only about generating material; it’s about enhancing it to meet the specific learning objectives and varied comprehension levels of students. This tool is a game-changer because it embodies the shift towards more accessible, customized, and engaging educational experiences, making quality education more attainable than ever before.

Marble: Aside from my professional interests, I’m an avid supporter of community-based education projects. I believe in the power of knowledge-sharing and enjoy contributing to initiatives that make learning accessible to underprivileged communities. This passion extends beyond my work at Six Red Marbles and is a core part of my personal values.
