Interviewer: What is your name? 

Marble:  Leanne Fitzpatrick 

Interviewer: What is your position at Six Red Marbles? 

Marble:  VP of PMO 

Interviewer: What does that position entail? 

Marble:  The Vice President of PMO oversees SRM’s global project portfolio, leads the world class project Management team, and collaborates with colleagues across the organization to drive project health, wellness, and reporting efforts. 

Interviewer: How did you become a part of Six Red Marbles? 

Marble:  I joined Six Red Marbles in March of 2023 after spending 12 years with Pearson Virtual Schools and several years in the classroom both online and in person. The SRM VP of PMO role was a natural next step for my career as a leader of Project Management in the field of Education.   

Interviewer: What is the best part of your job? 

Marble:  The best part of my job is that I get to work with brilliant and creative people every day. SRM has an extraordinary group of individuals who are hardworking, mission driven and delightful to work with. It is a testament to the culture that has been established here at SRM. 

Interviewer: What do you wish people knew about your work at Six Red Marbles? 

Marble:  As part of my work at Six Red Marbles I am striving, alongside the phenomenal Project Management team,  to impact how we communicate as an organization. Through transparency, respectfulness, and clear and direct discussions in our daily operations, we’ll continue to grow as a company. The sky is the limit for SRM! 

Interviewer: What is a trend you see happening in the education space that you’re excited about?  

Marble:   I am thrilled to see a trend in schools, both brick and mortar and online, offering opportunities in career readiness for students who are preparing themselves for future paths that lead to places other than traditional college.  There is a high demand for careers in the trade industries and by introducing students to apprenticeships or on-the-job training early, a future workforce is being developed with the necessary skills to be successful. 

Interviewer: What is one interesting fact about yourself that you’d like to share? 

Marble:   I practice Pilates and have recently completed my 100th Pilates class.
