Dan Souers | AVP, K–12 Client Partnerships

As AVP of K–12 Client Partnerships, Dan builds trusting partnerships with our clients. He works closely with the SRM design, development, and delivery teams to ensure that our client’s vision and goals remain the focus for each project. He has returned to SRM after working both on the publisher and vendor sides of the industry for several years. Dan brings to SRM a great deal of experience working with a wide range of clients, from institutions of higher education to museums and foundations.

Susan Simpfenderfer | VP, Client Partnerships

Susan, our VP of Client Partnerships, has worked in educational publishing for many years. At Delmar (now Cengage), Susan managed cross-functional divisions, helped start new programs, and routinely achieved double-digit growth of the top and bottom lines. In 2002, Susan started Triple SSS Press Media Development, supporting the educational content industry in print and online content development for 18 years before she joined SRM.
