We are looking for a passionate Marketing Associate to join our team and help us drive success across all our channels. 

About the Role: 

The Marketing Associate will work closely with the Marketing Director to support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This is a dynamic, full-scope marketing role perfect for someone who has 1–2 years’ experience in marketing or relevant transferrable skills and is eager to dive in and make an impact. If you’re excited about social media best practices, paid search strategies, crafting compelling email campaigns, and innovating the way we engage with our audiences, we want to hear from you! 

Sample of Responsibilities: 

• Content Marketing: Assist with creating and editing blogs, email campaigns, white papers, case studies, and landing pages to engage K–12, higher education, and continuing education audiences. 
• Social Media: Plan, create, and schedule posts across platforms, driving engagement and implementing best practices to grow our online presence. 
• Email Marketing: Support segmented and automated email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, ensuring approaches for the right messaging at the right time. 
• Paid Ads & Search: Assist in managing paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn, contributing to keyword research, ad creation, and performance tracking. 
• Event Marketing: Support marketing efforts for key conferences and webinars, including messaging, outreach, and post-event follow-ups. 
• Channel Marketing: Collaborate on marketing strategies that include video content, infographics, and other engaging formats. 
• Analytics: Track campaign performance, compile data into actionable insights, and support reporting processes to optimize future efforts. 
• Website Support: Assist in maintaining and updating content on the new website launching in 2025.

Desired Qualifications: 

• Experience: 1–2 years of marketing experience (including internships, freelance, or academic projects) OR a demonstrated passion for marketing with transferrable skills and the drive to grow quickly in the field. 
• Industry Knowledge: Some understanding of K–12, higher education, continuing education, or a related field is a plus but not required. 
• Content Creation: Basic knowledge of content marketing strategies, including blogs, email campaigns, and social media. 
• Digital Marketing Skills: Familiarity with paid ads, SEO, and tools like Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or Canva, or a willingness to learn them quickly. 
• Creative & Analytical Mindset: Ability to contribute fresh ideas while also analyzing campaign performance to drive improvements. 
• Collaboration Skills: Comfortable working closely with the Marketing Director while taking ownership of assigned tasks and projects. 
• Organization & Adaptability: Detail-oriented and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. 
• Learner’s Mentality: A passion for education and a mindset that’s ready to grow, aligned with our value of being “Always a Student.”
