Operations Assistant
Location: Brattleboro, VT
Position Overview:
The operations assistant (Ops. Asst.) is a key member of our Trade team who provides operational support in various areas. This is a part time role, 20 hours a week.
Responsibilities
- Manages and executes scanning and shipping materials for our customers
- Handles online ordering of books and other materials
- Assists accounts payable with filing, mailing, and other administrative tasks
- Manages the office recycle program
- Assist with planning office events and activities
Desired Skills and Experience
- Reliable, dependable employee
- Willingness to step in and assist where needed
- Upbeat and energetic attitude
- Previous office experience
- Knowledge of shipping using UPS a plus
