Susan Simpfenderfer has worked in some form of educational publishing since 1985, first creating continuing educational content for physicians with Medical Economics and then in 1989 moving to the core textbook industry at Thomson (now Cengage) Delmar. For 10 of her 13.5 years with Delmar, Susan managed divisions for Delmar; started new publishing programs, including fire science; achieved double-digit growth at the top and bottom lines each year; and was integral to the company’s growth by closing acquisitions. Susan has two undergraduate degrees from Rutgers University. She started Triple SSS Media Development, Inc., in 2002 and joined the SRM team in 2020.
