Jocelyn Wright

Jocelyn’s 15-year career in higher education has included roles ranging from instructor to instructional designer to Associate Director of Learning Experience Design. Her academic background, including doctoral work in French literature at UT-Austin, gives her a distinctive lens on how people learn and the forces shaping higher education. She understands faculty workflows, instructional design processes, and the institutional realities that shape technology and content adoption.

As Director of Community and Market Development, Jocelyn channels this cross-functional expertise into expanding SRM’s higher education partnerships and advancing the company’s thought leadership. She leads initiatives including discussion series, client and LXD spotlights, and webinars that connect SRM’s capabilities to the challenges institutions face today. She also works closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify new products and services that can be most helpful to our higher education clients today.
