Bob Tefft brings more than 35 years of publishing and project leadership experience to Six Red Marbles.

As Project Director, Bob oversees complex projects for key clients, balancing schedules, budgets, and strategic decision-making to ensure successful outcomes. He also leads SRM’s trade publishing operations, supporting major publishing partners including Hachette Book Group, Penguin Random House, Scholastic, W.W. Norton, Harvard Business Publishing, Merriam-Webster, and others.

Throughout his career, Bob has built and managed high-performing teams across the U.S. and India, developed innovative production workflows, and helped generate millions of dollars in annual revenue. Whether he’s guiding project managers, solving operational challenges, or helping clients achieve their goals, Bob is known for his leadership, reliability, and ability to keep projects moving forward.
