Craig Halper

Chief Executive Officer

Craig Halper serves as the CEO for Six Red Marbles, leading innovation and growth as SRM continues to deliver best-in-class content and educational experience for their customers. Craig has spent most of his career leading organizations focused on educational content, platforms, and services. His work in education includes more than 10 years with Discovery Education, where he was a customer of Six Red Marbles. Before leading Six Red Marbles, Craig was COO for Swivl, a provider of video coaching platforms for K–12 schools and universities. His passion for education extends to his home life—Craig lives with his wife, a K–12 educator, and their high-school-aged twins. In his free time, he’s an avid reader, soccer player, and foodie.

Prema Ramalingam

CEO, SRM India

Prema is the captain of SRM India's ship. She embraces professional challenges and uses them to unlock new growth opportunities. She loves to collaborate with her teams to deliver exceptional results. Prema has been in the content development and production space for 20+ years. She previously led Jouve India, and before that she was the Managing Director of Jouve India's sister company Flatirons Solutions and established their India operations to handle aircraft documentation and maintenance solutions. Prema was also part of the founding team for TexTech International in 2005, which was later acquired by Jouve in 2009. She holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Seethalakshmi Ramaswami College. In her spare time, Prema is an avid content consumer and would be hard-pressed to choose between Netflix and Amazon.

Kumaran Gnanamurthi

COO, SRM India

Kumaran handles all of SRM India's operations and is responsible for aligning our content development, editorial, production, and project management teams. He loves to make the impossible possible for SRM India's clients and brings an incredible amount of energy and enthusiasm to make it happen. Kumaran started his publishing career in 2002 with a leading publishing services company in Pondicherry, India. In 2005, he moved to Textech India Pvt. Ltd as a Technical Lead, where he focused on analyzing customer requirements, defining production processes, innovating technologies and tools, and training and building production teams. After Jouve acquired TexTech in 2009, Kumaran was Head of Production at Jouve India before becoming COO. Kumaran holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from VRS College of Engineering. In his spare time, you can find him at the latest Tamil or Kannada blockbuster film in theaters.

Bill Scroggie

EVP, Learning Solutions

Bill has more than 20 years of experience in educational publishing, focusing primarily on editorial management and K–12 and higher education content development. He began his career as a language arts and social studies editor and later served as an Executive Editor of Reading/Language Arts, Director of Social Studies, Editorial Manager, Director of Operations, and Publisher. Over the years, he has moved from editing and directing the development of print textbooks and ancillaries to developing innovative online and interactive materials for students.
