Kandace Lamar

Kandace has been part of the Six Red Marbles story since 2008, growing right alongside the company. She began in curriculum and learning experience design, leading big, complex content projects and helping teams turn ambitious ideas into polished, publishable realities. Over time, her ability to connect strategy with execution naturally pulled her into pricing, presales, and leadership.

Today, as Executive Director of Presales, Kandace focuses on bringing clarity to complexity. She works across teams and time zones to shape smart deals, align growth goals with operational reality, and make sure strong ideas translate into sustainable results. She’s known for sharp thinking and for asking the questions that unlock the path forward.

When she’s not thinking about strategy, you’ll likely find her moving her body, singing, reading something thought-provoking (or just fun!), or enjoying time with friends and family.
